We dared policy makers to walk in the shoes of the citizens.
With the academy of the GIZ we work with international and intercultural policy makers and advisors. These trainings (e.g. Green Economy, Trade and Development, Quality of Growth, Sustainable Development Goals) use Design Thinking as a framework for capacity building. The process serves as knowledge transfer: the participants apply their theoretical knowledge on a practical challenge and learn how to make use of complex information while working as a smart team.
