We dared edp to co-create their future workspace by adding physical value to their digital knowledge creation.
During a six month process and teaming up with a talented group of Portuguese Novabase Business consultants and service designers, we have led extensive qualitative research within the IT department of a major portuguese electricity company. We led 24 interviews, 18 cultural probes, 211h field observation, 3 co-creation workshops, 35 participants, 520 pieces of lego, 53 Gins and 2 field visits, and a vivid continuous digital experience of cultural change.
We dared edp to co-create their future workspace by adding physical value to their digital knowledge creation. Meanwhile the new collaborative workspace has been inaugurated.
