We dared university staff to create a more inclusive career center by taking the students perspective.
The career centers of the Universities close to Bodensee aimed for a general student centered career service that addresses all of the students in that area. In a first empathy workshop we set the ground for the common understanding of the newly founded careers team and how it wanted to work together. A year later, we brainstormed ideas for its implementation and build conceptual prototypes.
